Missions/Main Duties: **Main Activities:** * Coordinate paving projects (design, restoration, and maintenance) in transport infrastructure works. * Develop technical specifications, descriptive reports, and technical reports for pavement projects (flexible and rigid). * Manage and supervise technical teams (designers, laboratories, surveying, field operations). * Perform analysis and interpretation of field and laboratory tests, defining technical solutions for foundation and surfacing. * Review pavement designs, ensuring compliance with technical standards and best engineering practices. * Provide technical support for bidding processes and contractor proposal evaluations. * Participate in meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders. * Lead and guide technical and economic feasibility studies for pavement solutions. * Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards for projects under responsibility. * Promote innovation in materials, technologies, and construction methods for pavements. * Address technical and environmental risk management related to paving. Profile/Skills: **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Minimum of 8 years of experience in road, railway, or urban paving projects and/or construction; * Proficiency in applicable technical standards (DNIT, ABNT, DER, among others); * Solid experience in structural pavement design (empirical and mechanistic methods); * Knowledge of materials and innovative paving techniques (soils, asphalt, concrete, stabilizations, recycled materials, etc.); * Proficiency in specific software (e.g.: ELSYM5, MeDiNa, PavExpress, AutoCAD, Civil 3D); * Availability for travel and site monitoring. **Advantageous:*** Intermediate or advanced English skills; * Experience in large-scale or international projects. : **JOIN OUR TEAM OF EXPERTS!**
