Job Summary: Manage civil construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards. Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and conflict management **About the Client:** A medium-sized company in the engineering/construction sector. **Responsibilities:** Work on-site to manage operations from construction site setup through to key handover. Read and interpret project drawings and specifications. Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of the construction lifecycle (foundation, structural framework, finishing, and handover). Monitor physical and financial schedules, materials, and ensure compliance with project specifications and technical standards. Work with structural masonry construction systems, ensuring correct execution per design. Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality, and safety requirements. Manage multidisciplinary teams and strategically resolve on-site conflicts. Manage the supplier chain, service providers, and other stakeholders. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (minimum 5 years since graduation), including FATEC graduates. Proven experience in vertical construction projects, from site setup to key handover. Must have participated in and delivered at least one complete construction project, from start to finish. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and resolving on-site conflicts. Knowledge of construction planning and control (schedules, costs, KPIs) and of reading and interpreting project drawings. Experience with structural masonry will be considered a plus. Advanced Microsoft Office and Advanced AutoCAD proficiency. Proactive, organized, resilient profile with leadership qualities and strong verbal and written communication skills. **Salary:** R$15\.000,00\. **Benefits:** To be negotiated. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM\. **Location:** Ponte Grande \- Guarulhos – SP. **Employment Type:** CLT.
