Guide patients regarding appointment times, procedures, and clinic workflow. Maintain a human, light, and welcoming service approach. Manage professionals’ appointment schedules. Ensure optimal use of time slots without errors or gaps. Verify and organize patient information in the system. Respond to WhatsApp messages promptly, clearly, and professionally. Answer phone calls and guide patients throughout the entire service process. Present treatment options and explain their benefits. Identify patients’ needs. Close sales in a consultative and ethical manner. Work toward individual goals. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and functional. Follow internal procedures and clinic routines. Support the team whenever necessary. Previous experience as a Secretary, Telemarketing Attendant, Customer Service Assistant, or Clinic Receptionist may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
