Planning and organization of technical visits. **JOB: PROJECT MANAGER** **Objective:** Comprehensively manage projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, execution quality, operational efficiency, field team leadership, and customer satisfaction. **General Information:** * **Location**: Fully on-site, São Paulo – South Zone – Jardins neighborhood. * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 08:12 to 18:00\. * **Remuneration**: To be negotiated (define an upper limit). **Benefits Package:** * Health Insurance – SulAmérica: No co-payment (deduction only for dependents). * Dental Insurance – Porto Seguro: No co-payment (deduction only for dependents). * Food Allowance: R$195.00 fixed per month. * Meal Voucher: R$31.80 per day. * Parking Space and Fuel Allowance: R$250.00\. * Group Life Insurance: Protection and peace of mind. * TotalPass: Access to physical activities at no cost. * Chiropractic Care: 2 monthly sessions onsite, at no cost. * Beauty Services: Manicure and Barber services once per month, at no cost. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage projects comprehensively, leading technical teams and ensuring execution in accordance with schedules. * Develop and monitor maintenance and activity schedules, ensuring all stages are completed as planned. * Plan, control, and organize the technical team’s visits and travel, ensuring logistics and deadline compliance. * Conduct daily and feedback meetings with the team, continuously seeking improvements in work execution. * Monitor team productivity, prepare performance reports, and ensure high project performance. * Serve as the liaison point between customers and the company, resolving technical issues and ensuring continuous satisfaction. * Ensure all project stages and contractual scope are fulfilled, with special attention to details and quality. * Control inputs and materials required for field service execution, keeping the team always well-equipped. * Conduct field visits to monitor project progress and ensure execution as planned. * Analyze and qualify service orders, safeguarding process efficiency and outcomes. * Report KPIs and results to senior management, providing a clear view of progress and challenges faced. **Desired Qualifications:** * Degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, or Mechanical) – currently pursuing or completed. * Complementary courses in Hydraulics. * Experience with project management and team management tools. **Differentiators:** * NR 33 and NR 35 certifications\. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. **Required Skills:** * Team leadership and management, Clear and concise communication, Organization and planning, Decision-making ability, Results orientation, Analytical and strategic vision, Proactivity, Negotiation and customer relationship skills.
