Description: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Green Belt certification and knowledge of Lean methodologies; * Postgraduate degree/MBA in project management or process management is considered a plus; * Experience in process improvement, quality, maintenance, or operations. * Implement the Operational Excellence Program; * Lead process improvement projects, focusing on cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement; * Analyze and map operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose innovative solutions for optimization; * Monitor and manage performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress of operational excellence initiatives; * Develop and implement continuous improvement action plans, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and strategies; * Facilitate internal workshops and training sessions on continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.); * Collaborate with various organizational departments to promote process integration and aligned outcomes; * Develop and monitor operational performance reports, analyze data, and propose data-driven solutions; * Serve as the technical reference for the team regarding best practices in process management and improvement tools; * Conduct critical process analysis and propose workflow restructuring when necessary, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic guidelines. 2512120202501916066
