It provides equipment and services to optimize processes and increase operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Implementation of quality tools, including Core Tools, into daily operations and production processes. Conducting root cause analyses using methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys. Managing non-conformities—both internal and customer-related—with monitoring of corrective actions. Supervising quality indicators such as PPM, scrap, and rework, with a focus on continuous improvement. Collaborating with suppliers, including audits and development of quality processes and standards. Validating production processes to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. Working closely with production, engineering, and logistics departments to promote alignment and operational efficiency. Monitoring and validating pilot batches in partnership with the technical team. Completed technical education required.
