Develop culinary skills **\*\*Job Information:\*\*** \* Open positions: 4 positions \* Available shifts: 08:00 to 16:20 (2 positions) \| 14:40 to 23:00 (2 positions) \* Salary: R$ 1\.882,11 \* Benefits: Uniform maintenance allowance (R$ 89,98\), meals on site, and medical insurance \* Location: Granja Viana Shopping Center, Cotia/SP **\*\*Job Responsibilities:\*\*** \* Assists the chef in preparing ingredients for each dish. \* Performs initial cooking steps to expedite meal preparation. \* Manages restaurant inventory and pantry. \* Ensures kitchen and utensil cleanliness and organization. **\*\*Requirements and Competencies:\*\*** \* Basic culinary skills for ingredient preparation and performing simple kitchen tasks. \* Knowledge of food safety to comply with hygiene standards. \* Organized disposition to maintain a clean kitchen. \* Teamwork ability to collaborate with chefs and other staff members. \* Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently and within deadlines. \* Adaptability to quickly respond to changes and shifting priorities. \* Physical stamina to endure long hours standing and carry moderate weights. \* Attention to detail when following recipes and procedures precisely. \* Proactivity to identify and perform necessary tasks without constant supervision. \* Good communication with the kitchen team.
