Ensure food quality and safety **Job Description** The Griddle Cook will be responsible for operating the griddle, preparing hamburgers and grilled items according to established standards, ensuring quality, consistency, speed, and food safety. This role requires pace, organization, and the ability to work under pressure. **Main Responsibilities** ● Operate the griddle, preparing hamburgers and grilled items according to recipes and defined standards. ● Monitor cooking doneness, portioning, and product presentation. ● Perform daily mise en place for the griddle station and ensure ingredient replenishment during operations. ● Maintain organization, cleanliness, and hygiene of the griddle, kitchen, and support areas. ● Monitor ingredient expiration dates, storage conditions, and stock rotation at the station. ● Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow. ● Comply with good manufacturing practices, hygiene, and food safety regulations (ANVISA).
