Map critical skills (hard and soft skills) for areas such as Software Development, Data, Architecture, Security, and Product. Propose learning solutions aligned with the Tech strategy, organizational culture, and market trends; * **Management of Training Programs and Learning Paths:** Create and manage technical upskilling paths (e.g., cloud, DevOps, data engineering, cybersecurity). Collaborate with partner ecosystems (tech schools, platforms, universities, consulting firms). Monitor KPIs, NPS, engagement, completion time, and business impact; * **Curation, Content Development, and Facilitation:** Curate technical and behavioral content, ensuring quality, relevance, and timeliness. Develop original content (microlearning, videos, podcasts, workshops). Facilitate synchronous sessions (workshops, agile labs, hands-on sessions); * **Platform and Tool Management:** Operate and optimize LMS/LXP usage to ensure a positive user experience. Use data tools to monitor performance and impact. Integrate educational platforms with internal systems; * **Evaluation and Impact Measurement:** Measure ROI and learning metrics (Kirkpatrick levels, adoption metrics, skill growth). Report results to Tech and People leadership. **Department Responsibilities** This department is responsible for identifying training needs and developing learning paths aligned with business strategy. It also delivers technical and behavioral training, leadership development programs, and career development initiatives.
