As a Senior Infrastructure and Support Analyst, you will provide support and manage TiCorp’s IT infrastructure at our São Paulo office, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure service availability, reliability, and security—while actively contributing to process improvement and employee satisfaction. **What you’ll do here** * Provide on-site and remote support, resolving complex incidents and requests related to hardware, software, networks, and corporate systems; * Administer servers, networks, firewalls, switches, Wi\-Fi, and endpoint devices, ensuring availability, performance, and security; * Manage the lifecycle of equipment and software, maintaining updated inventories and supporting audit and compliance processes; * Handle configuration, dispatch, and receipt of equipment, while supporting both remote and on-site employees; * Apply and promote ITIL and IT governance practices, contributing to process standardization and continuous improvement; * Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements to ensure service excellence; * Identify automation opportunities and support implementation of tools that optimize processes and add business value; * Propose and implement preventive actions to minimize risks of downtime, security breaches, and non-compliance; * Develop and update technical procedures, work instructions, and knowledge base articles; * Provide technical support for infrastructure and innovation projects, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives; * Collaborate with other departments to foster knowledge sharing and integrated solutions. **What we expect you to know** * Experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting). * Hands-on experience with Linux (Ubuntu and/or RedHat), covering both basic and advanced tasks. * Knowledge of MDM tools such as EndPoint Central and Microsoft Intune. * Experience with Windows Autopilot (device provisioning and automation). * Administration of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) — user, group, and permission creation and maintenance. * Proficiency in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLAN, and corporate Wi\-Fi. * Experience with firewalls, switches, and routers (Cisco, Meraki, or similar). * Use of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Datadog, or Grafana. * Implementation of security policies, corporate antivirus, and failure prevention practices. * Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow). * Ability to write and execute PowerShell and Bash scripts. * Interest in or knowledge of GPT prompts and AI usage for task automation. * Experience managing hardware and software inventory (Intune or SCCM). * Administration of Google Workspace and Office 365 (Exchange Online, Teams). * Knowledge of enterprise backup solutions, network printers, remote access tools for end-user support, license management, software compliance, and familiarity with ITIL best practices and IT governance (COBIT). ### **On-site work availability in São Paulo/SP is required.** **What we offer** ***Career*** * Education Assistance * Proprietary career development platform * Internal guilds and study/interest groups ***Health and Well-being*** * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Partnership for medication purchases * 24x7 telemedicine * Free online therapy * Wellhub * Extended maternity leave * Extended paternity leave * CAZ – Zuppers’ Support Center ***Financial Comfort*** * Meal and food allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Remote work allowance * Childcare allowance * Mobile phone plan allowance * Profit and Results Sharing
