To support its entire people structure, Delta Energia is seeking a **Senior Human Resources Analyst** **(temporary – 6-month contract)**, focused on **payroll**. This person will be responsible for **executing the full payroll processing cycle, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, labor charges, benefits, and legal obligations such as INSS, FGTS, and income tax.** They will perform verification of complex calculations, data validation, deadline adherence, and compliance with current labor and social security legislation, in addition to providing support during audits and inspections.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Execute and verify payroll, covering personnel movements, advances, vacations, 13th salary, and terminations.
* Calculate monthly labor charges (INSS, FGTS, and IRRF), ensuring correct submission of obligations via eSocial, DCTFWeb, and FGTS Digital.
* Monitor and interpret updates to labor and social security legislation, ensuring process compliance.
* Correctly apply collective bargaining agreements and conventions to payroll.
* Prepare managerial reports, accounting provisions, and support internal and external audits.
* Serve as a technical reference for Junior and Pleno Analysts, as well as provide support to group employees.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
* **Advanced knowledge** of the entire payroll processing cycle, labor legislation, social security legislation, and labor calculations.
* **Advanced Excel proficiency** (proficiency in other data analysis tools is considered a plus).
* Experience with the **ADP** system.
* Analytical skills and systemic understanding of payroll processes.
* Strong communication skills for collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
* **Availability to work onsite for 6 months in the Faria Lima/JK region (Vila Olímpia).**
