**Position Purpose:**
Support inspection, quality control, and non-conformance analysis activities, contributing to process compliance and the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and track action plans and non-conformance reports.
* Monitor corrective and preventive actions.
* Conduct internal and external inspections across processes, customers, and suppliers.
* Support testing and calibration activities in laboratories.
* Perform dimensional measurements using various instruments.
* Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Develop and manage indicators, charts, reports, FAI, APQP, and data books.
* Support internal/external audits and quality events.
* Draft and review documents of the Integrated Management System.

**Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:**
* Technical or university degree in Quality, Administration, Engineering, or related fields
* Relevant experience for the role, including hands-on experience in manufacturing environments (foundry, machining, fabrication, rubber, and assembly)
* Knowledge of visual, dimensional, and **three-dimensional** inspection, as well as metrology software.
* Familiarity with digital tools: PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and SAP (QM module); desired knowledge of GD\&T, APQP, PPAP, and FAI.
