




Description: We are looking for a Junior HR Analyst to join the team at Fato Relevante Agency. This is a generalist position focused on executing and monitoring HR routines, contributing to employee development and maintaining an engaging and welcoming work environment. The work model is hybrid, with in-office attendance required as needed. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and this position is open only to candidates residing in São Paulo city. Responsibilities and duties * Support internal HR process management, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables maintain high quality; * Manage job openings, conduct candidate screening and interviews for junior and operational positions; * Update employee records and manage team documentation; * Serve as the liaison between HR and the Operations team, keeping spreadsheets, reports, and controls up to date; * Execute creation and deactivation of employee access rights in internal systems and platforms; * Conduct onboarding processes, ensuring a welcoming integration aligned with the agency’s culture; * Support internal stakeholders with empathy and a strong sense of priority; * Assist in purchasing and managing employee benefits; * Participate in internal communication initiatives, such as climate surveys, engagement activities, and institutional campaigns.
