We are looking for a professional to strengthen our Large Risks Claims team, responsible for interfacing with our clients and insurance companies, participating from claim opening through to closure. It is essential to possess strong analytical skills and knowledge of Civil Liability claims. You will also be responsible for organizing documents and updating the system with the status of each case. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure accurate registration of low-complexity claims processes, based on notification from the insurance company regarding the incident or event triggering the client’s claim, in order to conduct analyses and investigations verifying coverage of the event according to the conditions stipulated in the policy. * Support client service across multiple channels — including in-person, telephone, and digital tools — ensuring all clients receive agile and accurate assistance regarding partial loss, total loss, or assistance claims. * Monitor the entire claims process via the insurer’s communication channels to ensure compliance with all claims regulation standards. * Ensure the client is informed about all stages of the claims process by sharing relevant data and information, thereby providing necessary support and guidance regarding claims operations. * Track all open and/or settled claims by establishing deadlines for monitoring each claim, ensuring internal control over reported claims and subsequent aggravation upon renewal. * Support pre\-analysis of contracted coverages by verifying all data and information contained in the current policy, to confirm whether coverage applies (or does not apply) to the reported claim. * Perform other related and inherent professional duties as required by the department’s needs and/or demands, whenever necessary — through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor — to ensure continuous professional development as an opportunity for learning and aligned with departmental needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in brokerage firms handling Civil Liability claims; * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical ability, organizational skills, critical thinking, and teamwork. **Additional Information** * Health and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Meal and/or Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Wellz * Wellhub * Day Off * Apoio Pass for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance contracts such as auto, life, home, travel, and others. **Here, you define the scope of your growth and the magnitude of your achievements.** MDS is one of the leading insurance brokerage firms in Brazil, specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
