Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical and Analytical Specialist to work on restricted data acquisition, responsible for evaluating, curating, and ensuring the quality of external data feeds, applying statistical rigor and expertise in modeling/analytics. Solving complex problems at the source of the data We are looking for a Technical and Analytical Specialist for the Restricted Data Acquisition area, who will serve as the technical reference for evaluating, curating, and ensuring the quality of our external *data feeds*. The ideal candidate will possess statistical rigor and a *background* in modeling/analytics, capable of translating business needs into technical quality criteria and solving complex problems at the source of the data. **Responsibilities:** * Data Curation and Value Analysis: Proactively conduct research to identify and analyze the predictive value and integrity of new external data sources; * Data Quality Management: Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques and metrics to continuously monitor data quality, ensuring that our *feeds* are the best available; * Problem Resolution: Proactively identify, recommend, and implement value-added solutions for complex data issues. Apply optimal statistical analyses and techniques for each problem encountered in the dataset; * Strategic Alignment and Communication: Serve as a technical leader and mentor for the team, and maintain strategic partnerships with Product and Customer teams (internal/external), translating business requirements into technical curation specifications; * Pipeline Development: Drive the development and execution of a robust data pipeline, defining data ingestion and curation requirements (ETL/ELT); * Supplier Feedback: Develop detailed plans and reports to help suppliers address outcomes, issues, and opportunities related to data quality; * Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to analysts in the area. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field; * Experience in Data Modeling, Analytics, and/or Data Science, with a focus on applying analytical techniques to solve business problems; * Solid experience with SQL and Intermediate Python is mandatory; * Strong experience in data analysis and statistical metrics to measure and monitor data quality (e.g., *Data Drift*, PSI, Completeness, etc.); * Ability to provide technical leadership and communicate effectively with Product, Customer, and Supplier teams; * Experience with analytics technologies and *data warehouse* (DW/Cloud) platforms, with no preference for any specific tool; * Intermediate English; advanced English is considered a plus. **ATTENTION!** **For this position, the work model is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite at our office in Barueri/SP \- therefore, candidates must reside in São Paulo state or in a nearby region with easy commuting access.**
