**A snapshot of your day** Independently perform quality control activities, including electrical testing of equipment, preliminary tests during the manufacturing process, analysis of test results, issuance of relevant documentation, and verification of maintenance for instruments and apparatus used—ensuring compliance with specified requirements and quality standards. A compatible academic background is required (registration with CREA or equivalent). **How you will make an impact** * Quality inspections and testing: Conduct inspections, measurements, non-destructive testing, and tests on components, equipment, and raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications. * Non-conformance management: Identify, record, and address non-conformances, monitoring implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. * Quality planning and documentation: Develop and maintain inspection and test plans, quality plans, technical standards, and records of tests, inspections, and audits. * Audits and continuous improvement: Plan and conduct internal and external audits, supporting implementation and evolution of the integrated quality and environmental management system. * Technical support and development: Participate in supplier qualification, technical measurements, preparation of test reports, training, and support to other departments in developing procedures and standards. * Health, safety, and environment: Operate in accordance with the Integrated Management System, promoting safe practices, risk prevention, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement in a healthy workplace. **What you bring*** Education: Technical or university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, or Electronics. * Experience: Proven experience in high-voltage electrical testing (up to 500 kV). * Languages: Advanced English (mandatory); Spanish is considered a plus. * Willingness to travel: Occasional travel—including international trips—for training purposes. * Working at heights required. * Shift availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including second and third shifts. * Professional registration: Active CREA registration or equivalent. **About the team** This is a local team based at the Test Field, directly responsible for quality control of power transformers up to 800 kV. This area plays a critical role in equipment validation prior to release—performing inspections, conducting high-voltage electrical tests, analyzing results, and ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety requirements. The team works closely with manufacturing, engineering, planning, and other support functions, contributing to final product reliability and factory operational excellence.
