Solid company with over 61 years of operation **JOB: Mason (Permanent)** **Work Locations:** Barra Funda – SP & Vila Prudente – SP **Tibério Construtora e Incorporadora** is a solid company with over **61 years of market presence**, specializing in residential building construction using **in-house labor**, with projects across various regions of São Paulo. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform masonry services, including block and brick laying; Prepare and apply mortar and concrete; Carry out plastering, finishing, and surface leveling; Perform basic blueprint reading, plumb, and alignment tasks; Maintain an organized and clean workplace; Comply with safety regulations and leadership instructions. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: **7:00 AM to 5:00 PM**; Friday: **7:00 AM to 4:00 PM**. **Requirements:** Proven experience as a mason; Knowledge of masonry and finishing techniques; Commitment, responsibility, and attention to safety. **Compensation and Benefits:** Market-competitive salary; Meal allowance; Health insurance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance. **Employment Type:** Permanent (CLT) Job Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.600,00 – R$2.664,00 per month Benefits: * Health assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
