Job Summary: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance across stores, guaranteeing continuous operations and supplier management. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic management of preventive and corrective maintenance in stores. 2. Coordination and supervision of third-party companies. 3. Focus on quality, cost, schedule, and safety of maintenance. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance across stores, guaranteeing continuous operation of equipment and facilities through management of third-party suppliers, with emphasis on quality, cost, schedule, and safety. Key Deliverables: * Implement and configure a maintenance management system; * Plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for stores. * Ensure compliance with SLAs, contracts, technical scopes, and defined quality standards. * Open, track, and close maintenance service requests, prioritizing operational impact. * Control costs, budgets, and service approvals, seeking optimization and expense reduction. * Conduct analyses of recurring failures and propose action plans to reduce downtime. * Prepare managerial reports (KPIs, costs, SLAs, recurrence rates). * Coordinate and supervise third-party maintenance companies (refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, exhaust systems, kitchen equipment, civil works, etc.). * Select, qualify, and evaluate maintenance suppliers. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, timelines, and service levels. * Monitor performance using KPIs and periodic feedback. * Ensure suppliers comply with required safety regulations, documentation, and training. Requirements: Minimum Education: **Completed Bachelor's Degree** Preferred Field of Study: **Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering** **Minimum Required Experience: 5 years** Preferred Experience: \+5 years **Mandatory Technical Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and building infrastructure. * Experience in building and equipment maintenance within retail or food-service chains. * Ability to read and interpret contracts and technical scopes; * Microsoft Office Suite. **Desirable Technical Knowledge:** * Experience in fast-food or food-service chains; * Experience in establishing maintenance processes from scratch; * Maintenance request tracking tools (CMMS) and reporting tools.
