We value professionals with an owner’s mindset, strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a focus on excellence—those who wish to grow alongside our company. **About the Facilities Department** The Facilities department is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s corporate environments, guaranteeing that infrastructure, equipment, and maintenance services remain organized, functional, and well-maintained. The team directly oversees building services, cost control, supplier relations, and support to internal departments, ensuring operational efficiency and a suitable working environment for all. **Job Responsibilities – Facilities Analyst** * Conduct quotations and negotiations for maintenance services, materials, and supplies, always seeking optimal cost-benefit; * Perform floor inspections to identify needs, detect required corrections, and keep equipment and furniture inventories updated; * Initiate and monitor building maintenance during service execution; * Manage expense reports, expense calendars, and budget controls related to renovations, construction projects, and maintenance activities; * Monitor and manage requests via ticketing systems; * Record and schedule payments in the management system; * Support occasional external tasks such as material procurement, banking activities, postal services, and other administrative duties. **Requirements** * Experience or background in Facilities, building maintenance, or service administration; * Experience in supplier quotation, negotiation, and monitoring; * Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and expense management; * Proficiency in using ticketing systems and management tools; * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to quickly identify and implement solutions; * Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal teams; * Responsible profile, with attention to detail and care for company environments and infrastructure. **Selection Process Stages** Registration and Screening – Review of submitted information and verification of alignment with the role profile. Interview with People & Management – Discussion of professional background, competencies, and expectations. Interview with Department Managers – Technical evaluation and alignment with position requirements. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
