Our commitment is unwavering; we are empathetic, collaborative, share information openly, and do not shy away from difficult conversations—so Scala achieves its goals. **We Are Thirsty for the Future!** **If you want to grow in a dynamic, innovative, and sustainability-driven environment, join Scala and be part of the future of digital infrastructure!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the company’s Opex in detail, analyzing variances and proposing solutions to achieve pre-established targets; * Be responsible for direct operational costs of Data Centers and for administrative costs (SG&A), including compensation; * Lead planning processes, primarily the annual budget and monthly forecast, ensuring alignment with corporate goals; * Perform managerial closing for Opex and provision accruals, ensuring accurate expense allocation and distribution across cost centers; * Develop and disseminate managerial reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information to support key executives’ decision-making; * Define, develop, monitor, and automate performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics for the company’s main expense categories; * Develop, prepare, and perform financial modeling to estimate resources required to achieve targets. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential Prerequisites** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering * Advanced English proficiency * Experience working within LATAM or Global organizational structures * Prior experience in Financial Planning within Cost / SG&A / Opex functions * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, dashboards, and pivot tables; PowerPoint) **Preferred Qualifications** * Intermediate Spanish proficiency * SAP knowledge * Experience in data center companies and/or real estate **Additional Information*** **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD)** **Our Benefits:** * Attractive Profit-Sharing Plan (PLR); * Dental Insurance; * Health Insurance; * Meal Allowance and Food Allowance via Flash card totaling R$1.250,00 per month; * Private Pension Plan (for eligible positions); * Employee Loan Program; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday Day Off—one day off during your birthday month; * Professional Development: Scala Academy, Language Program, LinkedIn Learning.
