We offer services ranging from consulting to custom software development. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in common areas of the condominium, following supervision guidelines. Carry out minor repairs on hydraulic, electrical, masonry, painting systems, and adjustments to structures and equipment. Provide support for maintenance of pumps, gates, lighting systems, and other building installations. Respond to maintenance requests registered by the condominium administration, maintaining records of completed activities. Maintain tools and materials in good condition, and ensure technical and work areas remain in proper condition. Previous experience as a Building Maintenance Assistant, Maintenance Technician, General Services Assistant, or Maintenance Operator may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position. Completed elementary education required.
