We are seeking an **HR Manager** to strengthen the HR function and support the company’s growth, ensuring process efficiency and strategic support to leadership. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the HR and Payroll teams and related processes; * Ensure accurate execution of payroll, benefits, onboarding, vacations, and offboarding; * Guarantee compliance with labor legislation and the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement; * Support managers on people management and internal climate matters; * Monitor HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, personnel costs, etc.); * Standardize HR policies and procedures; * Collaborate closely with the **DHO (Human Development & Organization)** team to support initiatives related to culture, engagement, and development. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields**; * Proven experience in **HR and Payroll operations management**; * Knowledge of **labor legislation and union agreements**; * Experience in **team leadership** and HR metrics analysis; * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **What we offer:** * **Performance bonus**; * **100% company-paid medical and dental plans**; * Collaborative, innovative, and growing work environment; * Proficiency in **payroll and time-tracking systems**; * Experience with **labor audits and compliance**.
