We are seeking a **Mid-Level Construction Engineer**, whose role will be to independently execute and manage technical assistance operations for completed developments, ensuring technical quality, customer satisfaction, and seamless integration with partner departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Field Service Leadership** * Lead and allocate tasks among field teams, ensuring technical quality, productivity, and appropriate team conduct during customer interactions. * Conduct periodic site visits to evaluate technical performance and provide feedback to teams. **Customer Communication** * Maintain direct contact with residents and building managers, handling issues related to common areas or invalid service requests. * Manage communication channels with end customers professionally and concisely. **Repair Scheduling and Execution** * Plan repair execution according to SLA requirements and priority levels, managing schedules efficiently. * Critically analyze incoming service requests, assessing validity and urgency. **Third-Party Contractor and Supply Management** * Negotiate directly with service providers and suppliers to optimize costs and ensure delivery quality. * Evaluate alternative technical solutions and critically assess proposals. **Operational Recruitment and Training** * Conduct technical interviews with operational candidates and deliver practical and behavioral training. * Identify performance gaps within the team and propose corrective actions. **KPIs and Controls** * Monitor and analyze service KPIs, team productivity, and service request performance. * Maintain the service request tracking spreadsheet up to date and suggest process improvements. **Cross-Departmental Collaboration** * Actively participate in feedback meetings with Quality and Projects teams, proposing adjustments to construction standards. * Coordinate directly with departments such as Procurement, Quality, and Accounting to resolve operational matters. **Technical Knowledge** * Independently interpret ABNT NBR 15575, Owner’s Manuals, and Common Areas Manuals. * Apply technical standards as the basis for demand analysis and feedback to design teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Field and office team management: Leads teams autonomously, prioritizing tasks; * Inspection of specific and/or urgent construction issues: Conducts critical inspections and produces technical reports; * Assessment of hydraulic and electrical installations: Diagnoses failures based on standards and specifications; * Evaluation of structural and installation defects: Performs technical diagnosis and proposes corrective measures; * Drawing interpretation: Independently interprets floor plans, sections, and technical details; * Service request management: Schedules service calls and organizes priorities with SLA focus; * Invoice entry management: Reviews and guides the verification and registration process; * Communication with third-party developers and executive management: Conducts clear and objective alignment with stakeholders; * CV and UAU systems: Uses these systems for tracking, history, and KPI monitoring; * Excel and BI tools: Builds spreadsheets with formulas and updates BI dashboards; * Technical Standards (ABNT NBR 15.575): Applies standard content in evaluations and technical decisions; * SECOVI Manual: Applies manual guidelines when analyzing service requests; * PowerPoint training sessions: Develops and delivers training to technical teams. **Additional Information** **Benefits Designed to Enhance Your Daily Life!** **Meal or Food Allowance – R$31.80 per day** You choose: meal or food allowance, offering flexibility to balance your needs with convenience and well-being. **Transportation Allowance or Fuel Subsidy** You choose the most suitable commuting option!
