




Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * 5 to 10 years of experience in construction project management and execution; * Proficiency in the Sienge system; * MBA or postgraduate degree in a related field is a plus. * Plan, organize, and control construction costs; * Plan, organize, and control construction schedules; * Oversee construction planning and execution across all phases; * Guide work teams; * Analyze resources required for construction according to the project budget; * Ensure full compliance with all contractual obligations; * Serve as the primary liaison with Caixa Econômica Federal; * Serve as the primary liaison with utility providers and public agencies; * Approve material requisitions and service measurements; * Ensure timely delivery of the completed construction project/common areas to the client (condominium manager); * Interface with and manage partners and clients as required; * Monitor the availability of project documentation for construction execution; * Ensure site safety and worker safety, service quality in accordance with company procedures, and environmental compliance per applicable laws, regulations, and procedures. 2512160202201868288
