Your journey starts here! **Your typical day:** We are looking for an analytical, strategic professional with strong experience in Sales Variable Compensation to join our Compensation team, supporting process structuring, automation, and implementation of market best practices. If you enjoy working with data, thrive on challenges, and have the energy to collaborate closely with the commercial team, this opportunity may be right for you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform calculations and monitoring of variable compensation for the commercial area * Develop salary analyses and management reports * Work with large volumes of data and advanced Excel controls * Support automation and improvement of departmental processes * Use BI tools to structure databases and KPIs * Ensure correct application of policies and practices in accordance with labor legislation * Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and process streamlining * Collaborate closely with internal departments, especially the commercial team * Conduct benchmarking on market best practices to advance the department **Requirements and qualifications** * Solid experience in Sales Variable Compensation * Advanced Excel skills * Experience handling and analyzing large datasets * Knowledge of payroll systems * Knowledge of labor legislation * Analytical, organized, and proactive profile Preferred qualifications: * Experience with BI and process automation * Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management or related fields * Courses/specializations in compensation and benefits **Additional information** Hybrid work model (3 days per week onsite); We have offices across Brazil, but you will be based in São Paulo (Av.
