Team collaboration and development of sustainability projects. **Job Mission:** Perform environmental management with a focus on documentary and operational monitoring of environmental certifications and legal requirements, ensuring project compliance and supporting the advancement of sustainability processes. Based at Parque Global \- Innovation Complex. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor documentary aspects of LEED, AQUA\-HQE, and Fitwel certifications, organizing evidence, control spreadsheets, and technical documentation for submissions and audits. * Interface with specialized consulting firms, project teams, procurement, and construction teams to meet certification requirements. * Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 requirements applicable to construction projects. Organize documentation, records, and evidence for audits and internal controls. * Develop and update Environmental Control Plans and other technical documents related to environmental licenses and certifications. * Monitor compliance with environmental conditions and requirements of the project, interfacing with the construction team to ensure implementation of environmental measures. * Review environmental technical reports prepared by consulting firms, organize and maintain up-to-date environmental controls, spreadsheets, and project records. * Participate in basic environmental management training and capacity-building programs, aiming to develop technical and behavioral competencies. * Support monitoring of projects related to environmental rehabilitation of the area, interact with technical consulting firms, and monitor deliverables and reports. * Collaborate with the environmental team and other company departments, providing operational support and participating in environmental projects and initiatives as needed. **Technical Knowledge:** * Sectoral legislation and regulations. * ISO 14000 Environmental Management. * LEED, AQUA, and FITWEL certifications. * Contaminated site management. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Planning and organization. * Proactivity. * Commitment. * Teamwork. * Ethics. **Position Characteristics:** * Desired experience: 1 to 2 years. * Academic qualification: Completed undergraduate degree. * Field of study: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Biology, or related fields.
