We are seeking a Chef to oversee the entire gastronomic production department of the group. This professional will be responsible for managing processes, personnel, and quality—supervising everything from the creation and development of new menus and recipes through to finalization, testing, presentations, and implementation within the department. They will also oversee the nutrition, quality assurance, procurement, kitchen, and pastry departments, ensuring effective team development and smooth operational processes. Perform cleaning and organization tasks, as well as removal and storage of products in the refrigerated or frozen chamber during operations, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure that all used equipment is in good condition and functioning properly, reporting to leadership any need for maintenance or replacement. What we are looking for: A professional capable of ensuring excellence in food preparation and product quality, in compliance with the standards established by the chain, while guiding the team in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and overall organization, adhering to regulations and guidelines issued by Health Surveillance.
