Job Summary: A building maintenance professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing, electrical, masonry, and painting systems. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various facilities 2. Repair plumbing, electrical, masonry, and painting systems 3. Proactive, attentive profile with strong problem-solving skills * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on low-to-medium complexity plumbing, electrical, masonry, and painting systems. * Carry out repairs on faucets, leaks, sinks, toilets, and simple unclogging tasks. * Replace light bulbs, outlets, circuit breakers, switches, and perform basic wiring repairs. * Adjust doors, locks, hinges, and perform minor locksmithing or carpentry tasks. * Prior experience in building, condominium, or industrial maintenance. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems. * Proactive, attentive profile with strong problem-solving ability. * (Desirable) Training courses (e.g., NR-10 for electrical safety or NR-35 for work at heights).
