**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform minor repairs in common areas and units; * Adjust doors, locks, window and door frames, sanitary ware, and metal fixtures; * Identify and report malfunctions and repair needs; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical, hydraulic, civil, and painting); and * Support third-party services when necessary. **REQUIREMENTS** * Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and minor civil repairs; * Proven experience in building maintenance; * Completion of elementary education; * Proficiency with manual and electric tools; and * Basic knowledge of occupational safety. **Position located in São Bernardo do Campo - SP**
