Job Summary: Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects, coordinating teams and ensuring adherence to schedules and technical specifications. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to lead teams and make decisions under pressure #### **Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and technical specifications. * Coordinate work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring service quality and safety. * Develop and monitor the physical\-financial project plan, performing measurements and tracking cash flow. * Conduct periodic technical inspections, identifying and proposing solutions for non-conformities and field issues. * Ensure implementation of technical standards (ABNT) and occupational safety regulations (NRs) during construction. * Interpret architectural, structural, hydraulic, and electrical drawings, and reconcile them with site conditions. * Prepare construction progress reports, communicating status and challenges to stakeholders and senior management. #### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with active registration at CREA. * Proven experience (minimum 10 years) as a Resident Civil Engineer on medium- or large-scale construction projects. * Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting multidisciplinary drawings (architecture, structure, installations). * Experience in construction planning and control, including use of management software (MS Project). * Proficiency in preparing and monitoring budgets and service measurements. * In-depth knowledge of ABNT technical standards and NRs related to occupational health and safety on construction sites. * Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and make decisions under pressure. #### **Skills** * Project Management (MS Project) * Construction Budgeting and Measurement * ABNT Standards * AutoCAD * Construction Inspection * Team Management * Microsoft Office Suite (advanced) * Risk Analysis * Labor Legislation (NRs) ### **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Team Management, Report Generation ### **Department:** Engineering \- EZ
