Customer support and status updates Key Responsibilities \- Receive, analyze, and register reverse pickup requests. \- Forward requests to operational bases responsible for pickup execution. \- Monitor the return flow of goods until arrival at headquarters. \- Ensure correct return process to the shipper. \- Track and control requests using spreadsheets and internal systems. \- Provide support and update customers/shippers on pickup and return status. \- Follow up and coordinate billing with responsible departments regarding invoice status updates. \- Identify and report potential discrepancies or operational incidents. \- Support improvement of reverse logistics-related processes.
