A supplier of domestic and imported medical equipment is seeking a Billing Assistant in São Paulo (Brooklin). **Responsibilities:** Verify surgical materials used in surgeries, including consignment and direct sales. Analyze and verify surgical reports and OPME consumption. Verify and validate surgical expenses according to authorization. Validate authorizations with health insurance operators. Assemble, organize, and submit billing to health insurance operators. Register, track, and manage accounts on portals such as INPART, CASSI, EMS, OPMENEXO, among others. Support the billing analyst in departmental routine tasks. Previous experience as a Collections Assistant, Financial Assistant, Billing Analyst, or Accounting Assistant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
