Direct operation in systems CIT, CITNET, CITWEB, QUORUM, and AT\&M. Analysis of transportation insurance guidelines, both domestic and international. Ensuring adherence to deadlines, SLAs, and process quality. Interaction with internal departments, insurance companies, and brokers as required. Assisting in the creation of controls and reports using Excel.
