Learn more about the position below and apply! **We are Aché.** **We are Power.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Application deadline: 10/27/2025 **Job Activities and Responsibilities:** * Participate in production processes and ensure compliance with the production schedule; * Perform operational tasks, setup, adjustments, and cleaning of equipment and/or low-complexity operations, in accordance with established norms, procedures, and defined production schedules; * Complete, verify, and close batch documentation and production process controls, analyze performance indicators, and provide justifications in cases of deviations; * Organize, standardize, and maintain your workplace in compliance with the company’s 5S standards, while promoting continuous improvement initiatives for processes and equipment; * Execute the autonomous maintenance plan for low-complexity equipment, following the steps defined in the Operational Excellence Program (PEO). **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, the following are required:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar sectors; * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of operational excellence programs (OEE, Autonomous Maintenance); * Cleaning and organization – 5S; * General Mechanics; * Basic computer skills (operating systems, Teams, etc.). **Work Location:** Guarulhos – Presidente Dutra Highway, Km 222 **Work Model:** On-site **Working Hours:** Tuesday to Saturday, 2:30 PM to 11:18 PM.
