We seek a committed individual eager to learn and grow alongside the company. **Responsibilities** * Assist in the production of precast concrete components * Clean and organize molds * Apply mold release agent * Prepare concrete mix in the mixer * Fill molds with concrete * Organize the work area at the end of the shift **Requirements** * No experience required (experience is a plus) * Willingness to perform operational tasks * Responsibility and punctuality * Commitment to goals and organization * Preferably reside near Santana de Parnaíba **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday Business hours **Salary and Benefits** Salary (R$ 2.200,00) Meal Allowance (R$ 450,00) Transportation Voucher We seek someone who wishes to grow with the company and become part of a committed team.
