If you are passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and duties:** * Execute proper ingredient preparation, including cleaning, cutting, portioning, and storage (refrigeration/freezing) of all supplies. * Assist in preparing simple dishes, strictly following the chef’s instructions and recipes. * Support plating and output control of dishes, ensuring presentation standards and service efficiency are maintained. * Actively participate in inventory control and organization (dry, refrigerated, and frozen), assisting with counting and conducting weekly inventories. * Assist in monitoring and receiving goods, verifying their condition and supporting proper storage. * Assist in preparing purchase lists and orders, reporting supply replenishment needs. * Ensure compliance with hygiene rules, good manufacturing practices, and food handling standards per ANVISA regulations. * Fully complete daily operational checklists (opening, record-keeping, shift change, and closing), maintaining impeccable validation of work areas. * Maintain cleanliness and organization across all areas (kitchen and dining room), utensils, and equipment. * Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge regarding healthy foods and cooking techniques. Requirements and qualifications: * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant or in similar roles. * Basic knowledge of ingredients and food preparation techniques. * Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety.
