Job Summary: Support in hiring JUNIOR ARCHITECTS to work on executive projects, designing and developing projects for the real estate market and social housing. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: * Design and development of architectural and urban planning projects for the real estate market and social housing across all phases, with initial emphasis on Executive Projects. * Integration of architectural projects with complementary disciplines. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning * Advanced AutoCAD * Intermediate/Advanced Revit * Experience in developing executive projects for the real estate market * Experience working at architecture firms active in the real estate market * Experience in project integration and executive project development * Knowledge of urban, building, and technical regulations Working Conditions: * Contract as an Associate * 13–14 salaries per year, based on the firm’s performance * On-site work in the Pinheiros area, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 Work Location: Pinheiros/SP Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education:* Architecture and Urban Planning, Bachelor's Degree
