FL Brokers is a company specialized in business brokerage and financial consulting. It offers customized services to meet its clients’ needs in the financial market. **Responsibilities:** Conduct spatial layout studies and conceptual proposals for corporate spaces. Develop interior design projects and executive plans focused on offices. Create high-quality 3D models and presentations for clients. Produce descriptive memoranda and technical documents. Participate in meetings with clients, internal teams, and suppliers. Assist in collecting quotations and project coordination. Supervise construction execution, ensuring compliance with the design. Convert briefings into creative, functional, and feasible solutions. Previous experience as an Urban Planner, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect, or Civil Engineer may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
