Supplier homologation and technical validation of finishing materials. Development of 3D electronic mock-ups for concept presentation and validation. Technical detailing of architectural projects to ensure execution accuracy. Optimization, expansion, and subleasing of commercial spaces and distribution centers (CDs), focusing on operational performance. Scope quantifications for budgetary control and planning. Project registration in corporate systems (SS\-ACAD and SADP Architecture Portal). Interaction with industry partners to validate standard Store and Store\+ projects.
