Requires responsibility, control, and organization **Description** --------------- * Collect documentation and conduct public website searches to verify customer information and meet internal requirements; * Manage company contracts (customers, partners, and suppliers), including collecting digital signatures on platforms and storing documents to ensure document governance; * Analyze documents (e.g., general contracts, CNPJ card, SUSEP documentation) and maintain system records according to internal Compliance and Operations rules; * Interact with Global, Commercial, Compliance, and Legal teams to meet the needs of our customers and partners. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Academic background: Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Insurance, or related fields; * A strong sense of responsibility, control, and organization is essential for this role; * Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal departments.
