The role involves strategic engagement in projects targeting investors, developers, and operators in the hotel industry. Key Responsibilities Conduct economic and financial feasibility studies for hotel developments Support hotel project development—from concept through investment evaluation Perform market analyses (supply, demand, competition, and positioning) Evaluate operational and financial performance of hotel assets Engage in asset management, monitoring key indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, and GOP Prepare technical reports and presentations for investors and stakeholders **Requirements:** Mandatory Requirements **Proven experience in the hotel industry, with focus on:** Hotel feasibility studies Hotel asset development Market analysis and investment evaluation Asset management Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields Preferred Qualifications Experience in specialized hotel or real estate consulting Experience working with institutional investors or real estate investment funds Postgraduate degree or specialization in the field Advanced English
