B2B Support, DOA/DAP Processes \& Screening** * Respond promptly and effectively to DOA (Dead on Arrival) and DAP (Dead After Purchase) requests from partners. * Execute necessary procedures to ensure proper completion of DOA/DAP activities. * Monitor and control ongoing and completed requests, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines. * Schedule *screening* sessions for partners in an organized manner and within established timelines. * Track and evaluate *screening* outcomes, ensuring transparency and efficiency throughout the process. **B. Spare Parts Management \& Supply Chain Analysis** * Support the area manager in executing spare parts management activities. * Conduct daily monitoring and control of spare parts and finished goods inventory levels. * Maintain and track spare parts movement records, ensuring data integrity. * Support inventory replenishment management by requesting spare parts from headquarters whenever necessary. * Propose and implement improvements to supply chain processes. * Prepare and present periodic reports to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. **C. Training and Continuous Improvement** * Achieve monthly learning and evaluation targets, promoting continuous development of professional skills and competencies (with emphasis on constant advancement in Operations and Logistics). **2\. Position Requirements** **Basic Requirements** * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree or postgraduate qualification. * **Languages:** Fluent Portuguese (preferably native) and intermediate to advanced English. * **Technical Knowledge:** Advanced Excel, including VBA (subject to testing).
