Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields * Prior experience with Logistics Control Tower or real-time operations monitoring * Experience with KPI analysis and tracking * Experience handling incidents and interfacing with carriers * Experience in customer service or active/receptive contact centers handling high-volume demand * Ability to work in dynamic environments under operational pressure Job Responsibilities: * Monitor and control logistics operations in real time * Track and analyze operational performance KPIs * Conduct performance analyses and structure action plans * Proactively engage with carriers, performing follow-ups, alignments, and accountability actions * Ensure information flow between operational and strategic areas * Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources * Prepare managerial reports and executive status reports * Conduct routine monitoring and evaluation of KPIs * Escalate issues and intervene in critical situations * Propose and implement process improvements for the Control Tower Knowledge Requirements: * Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, data analysis and consolidation) * Experience with ERP/TMS systems * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI or similar) Advantages: * Proven experience in Logistics Control Tower * Dashboard development and automation * Experience in large-scale logistics operations Benefits: * Flexible meal allowance: BRL 32.00 per day; * Transportation allowance; * Full Porto Seguro health insurance plan (100% covered, no cost to the employee); * Porto Seguro dental plan; * Birthday day off; * Total Pass (gym membership); * Porto Seguro life insurance; * Pharmacy benefits; * Partnerships with universities and language schools.
