Interact with customers and customs brokers to ensure smooth operations * Conduct international freight quotations (imports and exports); * Negotiate with agents, shipping lines, and carriers; * Coordinate cargo loading and unloading processes; * Track transportation timelines, costs, and documentation for international shipments; * Interact with customs brokers to align operational procedures; * Monitor cargo status and update customers on operational progress; * Identify and address deviations, proposing appropriate logistical solutions; * Ensure compliance with SLAs agreed upon with customers.
