Job Summary: Kiosk Brands is seeking an organized and analytical Import Analyst to manage import processes, negotiate with international suppliers, and ensure customs compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the full import process, from negotiation to delivery. 2. Ensure compliance with customs regulations and regulatory authorities. 3. Collaborate with various logistics partners to optimize operations. Kiosk Brands is looking for an organized and analytical Import Analyst responsible for managing import processes, negotiating with international suppliers, ensuring customs compliance, and guaranteeing timelines and costs in international operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the full import flow (purchase order, shipment, customs clearance, delivery). * Verify documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificates, etc.). * Request and track Import Licenses when required. * Ensure proper tax classification and NCM classification. * Negotiate delivery timelines, shipping terms, and documentation with international suppliers. * Interact with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers. * Request and verify international freight and insurance quotations. * Ensure compliance with customs regulations and regulatory authorities. Work Location Boa Viagem, Recife. 100% on-site. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Prior experience in import operations (6 months). * Proficiency in SAP B1 and international trade platforms. * Knowledge of Incoterms, NCM, Siscomex, and LI/DI/DUIMP processes. * Intermediate/Advanced English. * Knowledge of international logistics. * Ability to analyze costs and generate reports. **Additional Information** Benefits * Meal allowance/voucher * Transportation voucher * Health and dental insurance * Wellhub * Monthly Touti product * Discounts at educational and leisure institutions.
