Support managers in disciplinary actions and training **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct **Recruitment and Selection** processes, with focus on **operational positions**; * Perform **operational onboarding** of new employees; * Provide **employee support (T2 and T3\)**; * Implement and monitor **45-day and 90-day surveys**; * Conduct **exit interviews** and **homologation processes**; * Support managers in implementing **disciplinary actions**; * Conduct **personnel file audits**; * Monitor and manage **mandatory training**. **Location:** Av.
