Focus on financial organization and process control **CLT \| Administrative-Financial Back Office** We are looking for a Senior Financial and Administrative Analyst to work broadly in the back office, supporting the company’s financial, administrative, and operational routines. This position is strategic to ensure financial organization, process control, and operational support, with direct interface to management. Requirements: **Behavioral Profile (Soft Skills)** Proactive and organized professional with a strong sense of responsibility; “Hands-on” profile, solution-oriented, and adept at handling multiple demands; Owner mindset, initiative, and attention to detail; Strong communication skills, reliability, and professional demeanor. **Main Activities and Responsibilities (Hard Skills)** *Financial Routine:* Cash flow monitoring and control; Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable (low-volume financial transactions); Recording and verification of payments and receipts in the system; Organization of financial documents and support to accounting; Submitting payments for manager approval, ensuring compliance and deadlines. *Administrative and Back Office Routine:* Execution of general office administrative routines; Control and procurement of daily-use supplies (consumables, coffee, office materials); Hiring and management of suppliers and service providers (maintenance, technical adjustments, ad-hoc services); Organization of physical and digital files. Operational and Logistics Support: Administrative support for product exports, including document organization and verification; Interface with inventory as needed (occasional visits); Support for operational demands as required by business needs. Required Technical Knowledge Experience with accounting and financial systems (e.g., E\-Gestão); Knowledge of QuickBooks; Experience or familiarity with Oracle platform will be considered a plus; Proficiency in administrative and financial routines for small- and medium-sized enterprises. Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Languages: Proficiency in English or Spanish will be considered a plus. Benefits Compensation and Benefits CLT Salary: R$ 6\.000,00 ️ Meal Allowance: R$ 800,00 Transportation Allowance or commuting subsidy On-site parking Work Location and Model Brooklin – São Paulo (Princesa Isabel Street) Work Model: In-person/Hybrid (3 days per week in-office) Warehouse: Chácara Santo Antônio (once every 15 days, until outsourcing is finalized) * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
