Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Billing Analyst with experience in the transportation sector for issuing Fiscal Invoices (Notas Fiscais) and managing taxes. Solid knowledge of taxation and tax calculations We are looking for a **Billing Analyst** with experience in the transportation segment to join our team. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills. **Responsibilities:** * Issuing **Fiscal Invoices (Notas Fiscais)** and **Electronic Transport Documents (CT\-e)** * Calculating and verifying **taxes** applicable to fiscal documents * Direct contact with **clients** for clarifications and document delivery * Using **ERP systems (ESL system preferred)** * Data entry and controls in **Excel (intermediate level)** **Requirements:** * Prior experience in **billing at transportation companies** * Proficiency in issuing **Fiscal Invoices (Notas Fiscais)** and **CT\-es** * Solid knowledge of **taxation and tax calculations** * Intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Office (especially Excel)** * Experience with **ERP systems** (experience with **ESL system desirable**) * Completed or ongoing academic degree in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience with the **ESL system**, used by us for **transportation, customer service (SAC), and finance management** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.160,52 \- R$2\.750,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Do you reside near Barueri? * Do you have billing experience, especially at companies in the transportation sector? * Have you previously used the ESL system?
