Description: * Proficiency in Excel for operational data control and analysis is required; * Prior experience with vehicle transfers and administrative routines will be considered an advantage; * Experience in after-sales with a focus on vehicle warranty; * Automotive Mechanics (desirable); * Must have easy access to the Jurubatuba region (south zone of São Paulo). * Provide customer and employee support via Teams, WhatsApp, and other official channels; * Clarify technical questions from customers regarding vehicle operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as vehicle warranty processes; * Interface with service providers, such as vehicle registration agents, documentation partners, and authorized repair shops; * Provide direct support to used-vehicle dealerships for administrative and operational requests; * Support internal customers, ensuring alignment among departments such as Legal, Customer Service, and Operations; * Organize and control after-sales documentation, ensuring process compliance and efficiency; * Prepare operational reports and analyses in Excel to support decision-making and continuous improvement. 251219020255958406
