Platforms: Mídia\+, ENPS, YouTube, Website, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, among others About the Position: We are seeking a Junior Commercial Operations Analyst to support and execute digital commercial deliveries, with a focus on YouTube and the website. This role is ideal for candidates who have had initial exposure to digital media and wish to grow within the commercial operations field—working with systems, data, and campaign monitoring. Key Responsibilities: System and Commercial Schedule Operations * Operate the Mídia\+ system to check in YouTube commercial breaks, following established guidelines and processes; * Register commercial materials, verifying basic information regarding formats, deadlines, and scheduling; * Support weekly schedule planning to ensure proper distribution of commercial breaks; * Use ENPS to register and manage commercial breaks. Digital Campaign Operations and Monitoring * Support the operation and monitoring of website and YouTube campaigns; * Monitor deliveries in Google Ad Manager, identifying potential discrepancies and reporting them to the team; * Assist with simple operational adjustments to ensure delivery as planned. Data Analysis and Reporting * Support audience, impression, and performance data monitoring using Google Analytics and other platforms; * Organize and consolidate information from multiple sources (Ad Manager, Analytics, internal systems); * Assist in preparing periodic reports per client, brand, and format. Processes and Commercial Operations Support * Follow routines and workflows of digital commercial operations; * Support the team with day-to-day operational requests; * Contribute to process organization and continuous improvement of routines. * Initial experience or academic/professional exposure to digital media, commercial operations, or related fields; * Basic knowledge or willingness to learn Mídia\+, ENPS, Google Ad Manager, and Google Analytics; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks; * Developing analytical profile, with interest in data and metrics; * Good communication skills and willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment.
